• TV SD Certificate (ISO/TS 16949: 2002): We received this certificate for manufacturing high quality products while keeping environmental concerns in view.
• RTL Certified Export House: We serve as a certified export house. This certificate has been given to us by the Indian Ministry of Commerce.
• TV SD Certificate (ISO/TS 16949: 2002): In the year 2011-12, we received the certificate of Star performer by the Ministry of Commerce.
• Certified Quality Supplier to FAG (Schaeffler Group GmbH): In the year 2008, we were awarded with this certificate.
• Certified Green Flow Supplier to SKF: From the day of establishment, we have been manufacturing products as per quality standards of SKF. By SKF, we have been given the title of Zero Defect Supplier. Also, we are a Green flow supplier. This means that companies not need to conduct inspection tests while using our products.
• Achievements: We have received International Quality Excellence Award in 2008 by International Business Productivity Forum (New Delhi).
• Best Industrialist: The Chairman & Managing Director of the company, Shri Amrutlal Bharadia was awarded with Phoolchab Award in the year 2012 for Best Industrialist of the year by the celebrated Shri Morari Bapu Ji.

Infrastructure

For our modern facility of production, we have trained staff to complete orders. In our Forging unit, there are 5 lines of Indian Conventional Forging Machines, 5 lines of Induction Heater and 5 Ring rolling machines. In our Turning unit, we have 110 CNC machines, which turn up to 650 mm OD.
Our Design and Tool Room is advanced as Lathe Machines, Cutting Machines, Drilling Machines, Measuring Dials & Devices, Auto Cad Software, Measuring Comparators, VMC, Profile Projector, Linear Height Gauge Machine, Spectro Machine and CMM are placed in it. Besides this, we have a quality assurance unit within the production premises. To perform reliable testing operations on Machined Ring, Automobile Water Pump and Forged Ring, we have installed several lab instruments like Ele. Muffle furnace and hot plate, Cutting and polishing m/c, Olympus Microscope - 1000 X and C.S. apparatus and hardness tester. We also possess one Steel Grade Sorting Machine to verify presence of materials other than steel and 6 Crack Detector Machines to check crack within forged parts.

Process Flow

• Raw Material: We use AISI 52100 Alloy Steel for manufacturing fine gamut of products. The material is purchased in bulk quantity from Steel Mills approved (MUSCO, ISMT and MUKAND). In our Metallurgical testing lab, we perform inspection task on materials sourced from aforesaid mills.
• Forging Process: We perform the process of Forging that is conversion of round bar material into standard or customized shape as well as size, in our unit. Using modern machines, pressing, punching and piercing of hot cut pieces is done through rolling in necessary size. Our forging press lines are flexible, so the task of producing customized products becomes easy for us.
• Computerized Pit Type Electric Annealing Furnace: It improves the machining of hypereutectoid steel. We perform Spheroidizing process to change the globular or spheroidal form of carbide in ferritic matrix for making machining easy. This process removal of residual stress, improves ductility and refines grain. And the process of Annealing results in reduction of its hardness and maintains its tensile strength.
• CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) Machining: At our workshop, we have inbuilt versatile capacities. High advanced CNC turning machines are placed at the workshop to maintain ensure consistency in quality as well as quantity productivity.
• Crack Detector Machine: As the name of this machine suggest, it is used to check cracks in forged parts. MPI test is performed by us on every forged product. We have qualified and experienced manpower for MPI- Level II certification.
• Steel Grade Sorting Machine: Using this machine, we sort steel materials from mixed materials.
• Quality-Physical Inspection: Our experts indulge in random testing of pre-turned races. Many inspection tests are performed in addition to the aforesaid, these are Visual inspection for dent and Crack detection.
• Quality-Laboratory Inspection: To improve quality of our Automobile Water Pump, Machined Ring, CNC Machined Ring and Forged Ring, we indulge in effective quality testing process. As per A.S.T.M. And I.S. Standards, all tests are conduced in our in-house quality testing lab. Chemical Composition, Carbide, Inclusion Rating and Grain Size are a few to name tests.
• Final Products: We have hi-tech facilities for fabrication of quality rings like ball bearings, cylindrical rings, tapered rings and spherical rings. These rings and other products are produced as per standard and custom specifications. To meet customers needs, we provide to them fine in finish products.
